【摘要】：微博反腐目前已經(jīng)成為公民檢舉揭發(fā)和遏制腐敗的新形式。不過,在微博反腐中,公民言論自由權(quán)的行使很可能會侵犯官員的名譽權(quán)、隱私權(quán)。因此,需要從民主法治的角度來化解官員個人的名譽權(quán)、隱私權(quán)與公民的知情權(quán)、監(jiān)督權(quán)相沖突的問題。
[Abstract]:Weibo anti-corruption has become a new form of citizen whistleblower and contain corruption. However, in Weibo's fight against corruption, the exercise of civil freedom of speech is likely to infringe on officials' right of reputation and privacy. Therefore, from the angle of democracy and rule of law, it is necessary to resolve the conflicts between the personal reputation of officials, the right to privacy, the right to know and the right to supervise.
