電紡法制備WPU復(fù)合纖維膜及其空氣過濾性能研究

【摘要】:尋找適用于電紡法制備空氣過濾膜的聚合物材料已成為研究的熱點(diǎn),WPU(水性聚氨酯)作為一種無毒環(huán)保材料,WPU制備過濾膜相較于傳統(tǒng)的材料安全性更高,由于粘度偏低限制了其在電紡領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,本課題針對WPU粘度不高這一點(diǎn),先合成增粘的WPU,之后用電紡法制備PVP(聚乙烯吡咯烷酮)/WPU復(fù)合過濾膜。第一步,通過理論計(jì)算優(yōu)化配方,用MATLAB軟件求解以BDO(1,4-丁二醇)含量為未知數(shù)的矩陣方程,用Chembio3d軟件得到合成WPU產(chǎn)物的Prediction IR(預(yù)測紅外圖譜)。在優(yōu)化配方的基礎(chǔ)上,以BDO添加量為單因素變量進(jìn)行合成,得到增粘WPU,通過粘度儀和FTIR(紅外光譜儀)分析產(chǎn)物。第二步,將PVP,WPU共混后通過靜電紡絲法得到復(fù)合電紡纖維膜。采用控制溶液配比的方式,確立了過濾效率和紡絲溶液配比的關(guān)系。第三步,在上述配方基礎(chǔ)上,將甲基含氫硅油質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)作為單因素變量,制備復(fù)合膜實(shí)驗(yàn)組,用PMsensor(空氣顆粒激光傳感器)測試其過濾空氣顆粒分?jǐn)?shù),考察了甲基含氫硅油質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對空氣過濾效率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:反應(yīng)時(shí)間120min,反應(yīng)溫度75℃條件下,配方:mppg=1000g,mTdi=174g,mDMPA=49g,m BDO=4.2g,制備得到的WPU可以用于靜電紡絲;當(dāng)參數(shù)為電壓14kv,噴口半徑0.8mm,進(jìn)液速率50μL/h條件下,PVP質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)量7%,水性聚氨酯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)6%,靜電紡絲時(shí)間2.5h,其空氣過濾效率達(dá)到79%。通過SEM(掃描電子顯微鏡)和PMsensor測試復(fù)合膜過濾效率得出結(jié)論,隨著PVP添加量的增大,紡絲直徑顯著增大,過濾效率上升;隨著WPU添加量的增大,復(fù)合膜孔隙率顯著增大,過濾效率下降。同樣條件下,PVP質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)量7%,水性聚氨酯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)6%,甲基含氫硅油質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)14%,靜電紡絲時(shí)間2.5h,其過濾空氣過濾效率達(dá)到83%。通過SEM(掃描電子顯微鏡)和PMsensor測試復(fù)合膜過濾效率得出結(jié)論,隨著甲基含氫硅油添加量的增大,纖維之間的接觸點(diǎn)粘連情況逐漸減少,宏觀表面缺陷減少,過濾效率上升,通過FTIR分析得出甲基含氫硅油可使纖維膜耐水性得到提升。
[Abstract]:As a kind of non-toxic environmental protection material, the polymer material suitable for preparing air filtration membrane by electrospinning has become a hot research topic. Compared with the traditional material, the preparation of WPU filter membrane is more safe than that of traditional material. The low viscosity limits its application in electrospinning field. In view of the low viscosity of WPU, the PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone) / WPU composite filtration membrane was prepared by the method of electrospinning. In the first step, the optimized formula is calculated by theoretical calculation. The matrix equation with BDO (1k4- butanediol) content as unknown number is solved by MATLAB software, and the Prediction IR (prediction infrared spectra of synthesized WPU products are obtained by Chembio3d software. Based on the optimization of the formula, the viscosity increasing WPU, was synthesized with the addition of BDO as a single factor variable, and the products were analyzed by viscometer and FTIR (Infrared Spectrometer). In the second step, the composite electrospun fiber membrane was obtained by electrostatic spinning after blending PVP,WPU. The relationship between the filtration efficiency and the ratio of spinning solution was established by controlling the proportion of the solution. In the third step, on the basis of the above formula, the mass fraction of methyl-hydrogen-containing silicone oil was used as a single factor variable to prepare the composite membrane experimental group. The filter air particle fraction was measured by PMsensor (Air Particle Laser Sensor). The effect of mass fraction of methyl hydrosilicon oil on air filtration efficiency was investigated. The experimental results show that the WPU prepared by mppg=1000g,mTdi=174g,mDMPA=49g,m BDO=4.2g, can be used for electrostatic spinning under the conditions of 120 min reaction time and 75 鈩,
