【摘要】：正《宗教事務(wù)條例》作為第一部宗教事務(wù)方面比較完備的綜合性行政法規(guī),自實(shí)施以來,在維護(hù)宗教界合法權(quán)益、規(guī)范宗教活動與宗教事務(wù)的管理、推進(jìn)宗教工作法治化進(jìn)程等方面作出了突出的貢獻(xiàn),是我國宗教法制建設(shè)史上的里程碑。十多年來,《條例》的實(shí)施與貫徹,對于保障公民的宗教信仰自由權(quán)利,維護(hù)宗教和睦與社會和諧,起到了十分重要的作用。在提升宗教事務(wù)管理法制化、規(guī)范化的同時,解決了許多實(shí)際問題。
[Abstract]:As the first comprehensive administrative regulation on religious affairs, since its implementation, the "regulations on religious Affairs" have safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of religious circles and standardized the management of religious activities and religious affairs. It is a milestone in the history of religious legal system construction that it has made outstanding contributions to the process of ruling by law in religious work. In the past ten years, the implementation of regulations has played a very important role in safeguarding citizens' right to freedom of religious belief and maintaining religious harmony and social harmony. While promoting the legalization and standardization of religious affairs management, many practical problems have been solved.
