液液非均相復(fù)分解法制備磷酸二氫鉀

【摘要】: 本文研究了液液非均相復(fù)分解法制備磷酸二氫鉀的過程。選取了一種水溶性小,選擇性好,萃取率高,易回收利用的混合萃取劑。研究了萃取磷酸以及復(fù)分解反應(yīng)的平衡關(guān)系,考察了反應(yīng)溫度、時(shí)間、原料的配比等對反應(yīng)的影響,得到了最優(yōu)的工藝路線。最后確定萃取濕法酸的溫度為30℃,萃取劑與磷酸摩爾濃度比為1:1.7,相比2:1,萃取反應(yīng)時(shí)間20min;復(fù)分解反應(yīng)中,確定反應(yīng)的溫度為30℃,萃取劑負(fù)載磷酸與氯化鉀的摩爾濃度比為1:4,相比4:1,復(fù)分解反應(yīng)時(shí)間20min。得到的母液經(jīng)濃縮,在20℃下結(jié)晶,得到磷酸二氫鉀白色晶體,產(chǎn)品KDP含量99.6%,氯含量0.2%,K2034.4%,P20551.94%,符合磷酸二氫鉀工業(yè)一等品的要求。 本文以氯化鉀代替氫氧化鉀,濕法酸代替熱法酸,大大降低了成本;采用萃取劑,使得流程簡單,能耗低,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高,在工藝上可行。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate by liquid-liquid heterogeneous double decomposition was studied. A mixture extractant with low water solubility, good selectivity, high extraction rate and easy recovery was selected. The equilibrium relationship of extraction phosphoric acid and double decomposition reaction was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, time and the ratio of raw materials on the reaction were investigated. The optimum technological route was obtained. Finally, the extraction temperature is 30 鈩,
