超聲波法制備超細銅粉

【摘要】:在40k Hz超聲波作用下,使用以Na BH4作為還原劑的化學還原法制備具有粒徑約300 nm~500 nm、產(chǎn)率約為80~90%的超細銅粉,其具有反應(yīng)溫度低反應(yīng)速率快的優(yōu)點。最佳制備條件為Cu SO4溶液初始濃度為20 g/L、Na BH4的加入量為1.5 g/L、p H值為11.5、反應(yīng)溫度20~30℃;反應(yīng)時間20~25 min。通過XPS、XRD、SEM對超細銅粉表面進行檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)分析表明所制備的超細銅粉呈類球狀,其表面有少量Cu2O和Cu(OH)2存在。
