溶液噴射法制備間位芳綸納米纖維的研究

【摘要】:采用溶液噴射紡絲技術(shù)制備了間位芳綸(PMIA)納米纖維,探討了溶液濃度、氣壓、擠出速率和接收距離等參數(shù)對(duì)纖維形貌和直徑的影響,結(jié)果表明,在溶液濃度為12%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))、牽伸風(fēng)壓為0.12 MPa、擠出速率為0.8mL/h、接收距離為40cm條件下,所得PMIA納米纖維形貌較好,纖維平均直徑可達(dá)276.7nm;采用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)滾筒,制備了PMIA取向納米纖維,討論了滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)PMIA纖維膜性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速提高,纖維膜取向度及其力學(xué)性能均提高,1 300r/min時(shí)達(dá)到最大值,而膜的孔隙率則隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的提高逐漸減小,但仍可達(dá)79.7%以上。
[Abstract]:The m-aramid (PMIA) nanofibers were prepared by solution jet spinning. The effects of solution concentration, air pressure, extrusion rate and receiving distance on the morphology and diameter of the fibers were investigated. When the solution concentration was 12% (mass fraction), the draft wind pressure was 0.12 MPa, the extrusion rate was 0.8 mL / h, and the receiving distance was 40cm, the morphology of the PMIA nanofibers was better, and the average diameter of the fibers was 276.7 nm. PMIA oriented nanofibers were prepared by high speed rotating drum. The effect of cylinder speed on the properties of PMIA fiber film was discussed. The results show that the orientation degree and mechanical properties of the fiber membrane increase with the increase of the rotating speed of the drum, and reach the maximum value at 1 300r/min, while the porosity of the membrane decreases gradually with the increase of the rotational speed, but it can still reach more than 79.7%.
