【摘要】：本文從我國民主政治建設(shè)的實(shí)際出發(fā),以馬克思主義民主觀與我國民主政治建設(shè)的辯證關(guān)系為切入點(diǎn),運(yùn)用政治學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科知識(shí),從而展開了對在馬克思主義民主觀指導(dǎo)下的我國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)研究。具體來說,本文系統(tǒng)梳理了馬克思主義民主的理論和實(shí)踐,為我國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。深入考察了建國以來我國民主政治建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程,對在民主政治建設(shè)方面取得的輝煌成就予以充分肯定的同時(shí),更應(yīng)重視其中的不足與缺陷。審視障礙性問題,反思深層次原因,踏上社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的新征程。為此,立足于我國基本國情,以馬克思主義民主觀為指導(dǎo),在我國社會(huì)主義民主政治建設(shè)的總體框架內(nèi),從夯實(shí)民主政治建設(shè)基石,拓寬公民政治參與渠道,推進(jìn)民主政治體制改革,健全民主政治運(yùn)行機(jī)制,創(chuàng)建民主政治建設(shè)評價(jià)機(jī)制等五個(gè)方面,立體地構(gòu)建了新時(shí)期我國發(fā)展有中國特色的社會(huì)主義民主政治的對策體系。這在實(shí)現(xiàn)了對馬克思主義民主觀發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的同時(shí),也為我國民主政治建設(shè)提供了可資參考的思路和方法�？傊�,深入研究這一課題,對新形勢下建設(shè)社會(huì)主義政治文明,堅(jiān)定不移地發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主政治與構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì),無疑具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Starting from the reality of the construction of democratic politics in our country and taking the dialectical relationship between Marxist democratic view and democratic political construction of our country as the breakthrough point, this paper applies the knowledge of political science, history, sociology and so on. Therefore, the systematic research on the construction of socialist democratic politics under the guidance of Marxist democratic view is carried out. Specifically, this paper systematically combs the theory and practice of Marxist democracy, and provides theoretical and practical basis for the construction of socialist democratic politics in China. The development course of democratic political construction in China since the founding of the people's Republic of China has been thoroughly investigated. While the brilliant achievements in democratic political construction have been fully affirmed, the deficiencies and defects should be paid more attention to at the same time. Examine the obstacle problem, reflect on the deep reason, embark on the new journey of socialist democratic politics construction. Therefore, based on the basic national conditions of our country, guided by the Marxist democratic view, and within the overall framework of the socialist democratic political construction in our country, we should consolidate the foundation stone of the democratic political construction and broaden the channels of citizen's political participation. In order to promote the reform of democratic political system, perfect the operating mechanism of democratic politics and establish the evaluation mechanism of democratic political construction, the countermeasure system for the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics in the new period has been constructed in a stereoscopic way. This not only realizes the development and innovation of Marxist democratic view, but also provides some ideas and methods for the construction of democratic politics in China. In a word, it is undoubtedly of great theoretical value and practical significance to deeply study this subject for the construction of socialist political civilization under the new situation, the unswerving development of socialist democratic politics and the construction of socialist harmonious society.
