【摘要】：從身份到契約是梅因?qū)θ祟悮v史發(fā)展的著名論斷,一句隱喻勾起了人們對社會發(fā)展與進(jìn)步的無限遐想。中國改革開放將近四十個年頭了,在經(jīng)濟(jì)方面取得了舉世矚目的成就,然而社會的一些問題也逐漸顯露,社會轉(zhuǎn)型處于攻堅(jiān)時期,為此,舊話重提,以此角度再做簡要論述,期中國社會超越身份傳統(tǒng)邁向平等、自由、民主、法治。
[Abstract]:From identity to contract, Maine's famous judgment on the development of human history, a metaphor has aroused people's infinite reverie of social development and progress. After nearly 40 years of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in the economic field. However, some social problems are also gradually revealed, and the social transformation is in a critical period. For this reason, the old words are repeated, and from this point of view, a brief discussion is made again. Chinese society transcends identity tradition and moves towards equality, freedom, democracy and rule of law.
