【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代晚期,網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的崛起,人們進(jìn)入了虛擬化的文明世界。網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)的虛擬性、開放性、交互性等特點(diǎn),給大學(xué)生法治教育帶來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。針對大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育出現(xiàn)的新問題,大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的新特點(diǎn),如何提高大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的實(shí)效性,成為當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育的一個(gè)重要研究課題。 本文通過對網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)特征的梳理,綜合國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的研究現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法等方法,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)給大學(xué)生法治教育帶來的積極影響和消極問題,闡釋了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)大學(xué)生法治教育的特點(diǎn),提出了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育問題的對策。 本文分為三個(gè)主要部分: 第一部分主要是大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的概述。本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)法治教育的概念為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從法治教育環(huán)境的復(fù)雜性、教育者主體地位的降低性、法治教育內(nèi)容的多元性、法治教育方法的多樣性出發(fā),探討了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)大學(xué)生法治教育的特點(diǎn)。分析了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育在高等學(xué)校法治教育發(fā)展、完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治社會(huì)建設(shè)、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的民族視野四個(gè)方面的意義。 第二部分主要分析了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的現(xiàn)狀和原因。首先從網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)對大學(xué)生法治教育的影響入手,分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)對大學(xué)生法治教育的正面影響以及負(fù)面影響。其次從網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育、大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展方面闡釋了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育存在問題的原因。 第三部分主要闡述了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的對策。首先,分析了在大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的對策中所要堅(jiān)持的顯性教育與隱性教育相結(jié)合、教育與自我教育相統(tǒng)一、網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育與網(wǎng)絡(luò)道德教育相一致的教育原則。其次,闡釋了在大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育對策中所應(yīng)堅(jiān)持終身教育、信息化教育、以人為本教育的理念。最后,從提高教育者的信息素養(yǎng)、建立主體間性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育、強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論監(jiān)督、加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育管理、提高受教育者主體性五個(gè)方面闡釋了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的路徑。
[Abstract]:In the late 1990 s, with the rise of the network era, people entered the virtual civilization world. The virtual, open and interactive characteristics of the network society bring unprecedented challenges and opportunities to college students' rule of law education. In view of the new problems in the network rule of law education for college students and the new characteristics of the network rule of law education for college students, how to improve the effectiveness of the network rule of law education for college students has become an important research topic of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through combing the social characteristics of the network, this paper synthesizes the current research situation of the network rule of law education of college students at home and abroad, and applies the methods of questionnaire investigation and literature research. This paper analyzes on the positive influence and negative problems brought by the network society to the university students' rule of law education, explains the characteristics of the university students' rule of law education in the network society, and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the network rule of law education for the college students. This paper is divided into three main parts: the first part is an overview of the network education of the rule of law. Based on the concept of the rule of law education in the network society, this paper starts from the complexity of the educational environment of the rule of law, the lowering of the main position of the educator, the pluralism of the content of the education of the rule of law, and the diversity of the educational methods of the rule of law. This paper discusses the characteristics of college students' rule of law education in network society. This paper analyzes the significance of the network rule of law education for college students in four aspects: the development of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, the improvement of the social construction of the network rule of law, the promotion of the all-round development of college students and the cultivation of college students' national vision. The second part mainly analyzes the present situation and the reason of the network rule of law education of college students. Firstly, this paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of the network society on the university students' rule of law education from the perspective of the influence of the network society on the university students' rule of law education. Secondly, from the network society, the network rule of law education, the university student own development aspect has explained the university student network rule of law education existence question reason. The third part mainly elaborated the countermeasure which strengthens the university student network rule of law education. First of all, the author analyzes the educational principles of the combination of explicit education and recessive education, the unity of education and self-education, and the conformity of network rule of law education and network moral education in the countermeasures of college students' network rule of law education. Secondly, it explains the concept of lifelong education, information education and people-oriented education in the countermeasures of college students' network rule of law education. Finally, this paper explains the path of college students' network rule of law education from five aspects: improving educator's information literacy, establishing intersubjective network education, strengthening network public opinion supervision, strengthening network education management, and improving the subjectivity of educatee.
