低壓燒結溫度對一步法制備超細晶WC-Co基硬質合金組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:采用等離子球磨技術制得W-C-10Co-0.9VC-0.3Cr_3C_2納米復合粉體,并利用單向模壓成型法將其壓制成生坯,再經(jīng)低壓燒結一步法制備成硬質合金。研究表明,等離子球磨3h所獲得的復合粉體呈片層狀形貌,并且成分分布均勻。在1 380℃及1 400℃燒結時,由于等離子球磨的特殊作用,VC、Cr_3C_2對WC晶粒長大抑制作用突顯。1 380℃燒結制備的硬質合金,致密度為99.2%,WC平均晶粒尺寸為250nm,硬度和橫向斷裂強度分別為92.3HRA和2 443 MPa,具有最佳的WC晶粒尺寸與致密度配合,以及最佳的綜合力學性能。
