【摘要】：黨的十八屆四中全會確定的"推動全社會樹立法治意識""把法治教育納入國民教育體系"的重大任務(wù),為高校法治教育指明了方向,提出了新的目標(biāo)和要求。為此,新時期高校法治教育要引導(dǎo)和教育大學(xué)生堅定走中國特色社會主義法治道路的自覺與自信,增強(qiáng)社會主義法治觀念;蕩除傳統(tǒng)人治思維之影響,樹立社會主義法治思維;學(xué)習(xí)憲法法律精神,尊重社會主義憲法法律權(quán)威;厲行法治行為,逐步形成自覺守法,遇事找法,解決問題靠法的依法辦事習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:The great task of "promoting the whole society to establish the consciousness of ruling by law" and "bringing the rule of law education into the national education system", which was determined by the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, has pointed out the direction of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, and put forward new goals and requirements. Therefore, in the new period, we should guide and educate college students to firmly follow the road of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, strengthen the concept of socialist rule of law, eliminate the influence of traditional thinking of rule of man, and establish socialist thinking of rule of law. We should study the spirit of constitutional law, respect the authority of socialist constitutional law, enforce the act of ruling by law, and gradually form the habit of consciously abiding by the law, finding a law, and solving problems by law.
