檸檬酸溶膠-凝膠法制備鋇鐵氧體晶相變化的研究

【摘要】:采用檸檬酸溶膠-凝膠法制得鋇鐵氧體磁性粉末,借助熱質(zhì)量分析(TGA)、紅外光譜(FT-IR)、X線衍射(XRD)及掃描電鏡(SEM)測(cè)試手段研究了不同檸檬酸添加量對(duì)煅燒產(chǎn)物晶型的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)檸檬酸與金屬硝酸鹽摩爾配比n(CA)/n(MN)≤1.2時(shí),鋇鐵氧體晶相為W型,當(dāng)n(CA)/n(MN)=2時(shí),晶相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)镸型;隨著檸檬酸量的增加,燃燒產(chǎn)物的晶化溫度升高;過(guò)量檸檬酸添加改變了中間產(chǎn)物Fe的存在形式,促使γ-Fe_2O_3轉(zhuǎn)化為熱穩(wěn)定性好的α-Fe_2O_3,進(jìn)而使得W型鋇鐵氧體的成型溫度升高,出現(xiàn)M晶型鋇鐵氧體。
