【摘要】：正在"四個(gè)全面"協(xié)同推進(jìn)的新時(shí)期,這部慈善法同樣凝聚了民智與共識(shí)、協(xié)調(diào)了嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)與開放、體現(xiàn)了弱勢(shì)群體權(quán)益保護(hù)和富裕階層責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)牧夹曰?dòng)自2014年10月30日慈善法草案首次提請(qǐng)全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)審議以來,經(jīng)過兩次"開門"立法,不斷修改完善草案,第十二屆全國(guó)人大第四次會(huì)議于2016年3月16日審議并高票通過,引發(fā)社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注。近些年來,我國(guó)慈善事業(yè)總體發(fā)展加快:慈善觀念從過去被認(rèn)為
[Abstract]:In the new period of "four comprehensive" coordinated advances, this charity law has also condensed the wisdom and consensus of the people, coordinated rigour and openness, This reflects the benign interaction between the protection of the rights and interests of the vulnerable groups and the responsibility of the rich. Since the draft charity law was first submitted to the standing Committee of the National people's Congress for deliberation on October 30, 2014, after two "open door" legislation, the draft has been continuously revised and perfected. The fourth session of the Twelfth National people's Congress (NPC) was deliberated and passed by high votes on March 16, 2016. In recent years, the overall development of philanthropy in China has accelerated: the concept of charity has been considered from the past.
