溶劑蒸發(fā)法制備改性胺固化劑微膠囊的研究

【摘要】:以改性胺固化劑(1618)為囊芯、聚醚酰亞胺(PEI)為囊壁,采用溶劑蒸發(fā)法制備了EP(環(huán)氧樹脂)固化用PEI包覆1618微膠囊。研究結(jié)果表明:固化劑芯材已被微膠囊PEI壁材成功包覆,其熱穩(wěn)定溫度為130℃;以明膠作為分散劑時,制得的固化劑微膠囊表面光滑,分散性較好;隨著芯壁比的增加,固化劑微膠囊的表面變得光滑、致密,并且其平均粒徑減小(當(dāng)芯壁比從1.0∶2.0增至1.5∶1.0時,平均粒徑由45.8μm減至24.7μm)。
