【摘要】：協(xié)商民主的倫理價(jià)值基礎(chǔ)包括協(xié)商民主的良善性、合理性和正當(dāng)性,協(xié)商民主的良善性表現(xiàn)為目的善和手段善,兩者是相對(duì)的。協(xié)商民主的合理性分為實(shí)質(zhì)合理性和形式合理性,兩者多數(shù)情形下是統(tǒng)一的,但也可能形成對(duì)立和沖突。協(xié)商民主的正當(dāng)性表現(xiàn)在協(xié)商理念的孕育變遷,原則的遵循,制度的建構(gòu)以及實(shí)踐行為的運(yùn)作上。三者雖然意涵不一,側(cè)重不同,但相互依托,相互促進(jìn),具有耦合性和協(xié)調(diào)性,共同夯實(shí)了協(xié)商民主的倫理道德支撐。
[Abstract]:The ethical value foundation of deliberative democracy includes the good nature, rationality and legitimacy of the deliberative democracy, and the good nature of the deliberative democracy is shown as the purpose good and the means good, and the two are relative. The rationality of deliberative democracy can be divided into substantive rationality and formal rationality, both of which are unified in most cases, but they may also form opposites and conflicts. The legitimacy of deliberative democracy lies in the gestation and change of the idea of negotiation, the adherence of principles, the construction of system and the operation of practice. Although they have different meanings and different emphases, they rely on each other, promote each other, have coupling and coordination, and together consolidate the ethical and moral support of deliberative democracy.
