【摘要】：民主根據(jù)國家的性質(zhì)不同而分為不同的類型,而在中國,民主就是中國特色社會(huì)主義民主,不同于且優(yōu)于資本主義民主。胡錦濤的民主思想是對(duì)馬克思主義民主理論的繼承和發(fā)展,并為中國特色的社會(huì)主義民主建設(shè)提供重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)部分對(duì)胡錦濤的民主思想進(jìn)行研究： 第一部分,胡錦濤民主思想的理論淵源。這部分主要從三個(gè)方面闡述了胡錦濤的民主思想的理論淵源：胡錦濤對(duì)馬克思主義人民民主專政思想的傳承；胡錦濤對(duì)馬克思主義黨內(nèi)民主思想的傳承；胡錦濤對(duì)馬克思主義基層民主思想的傳承。這部分是本文的鋪墊。 第二部分,胡錦濤民主思想的主要內(nèi)容。這部分主要從五個(gè)方面對(duì)胡錦濤的民主思想進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)論述：黨內(nèi)民主是發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主的先導(dǎo)；人民民主是社會(huì)主義的生命；改革是發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主的動(dòng)力；法制建設(shè)是發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主的保障；以人為本是發(fā)展社會(huì)主義民主的落腳點(diǎn)。這部分是本文的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。 第三部分,胡錦濤民主思想的時(shí)代特征和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在時(shí)代特征上,胡錦濤的民主思想體現(xiàn)出理論創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新的結(jié)合、發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定的結(jié)合、人民意志與民族主流的結(jié)合和歷史條件與現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)的結(jié)合；在現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義上,胡錦濤的民主思想對(duì)當(dāng)前推進(jìn)黨的建設(shè)、服務(wù)型政府的建設(shè)、小康社會(huì)的建設(shè)和人的全面發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。這部分是本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn),也包含了自己的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Democracy is divided into different types according to the nature of the country. In China, democracy is socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, different from and superior to capitalist democracy. Hu Jintao's democratic thought is the inheritance and development of Marxist democratic theory and provides important practical guidance for socialist democratic construction with Chinese characteristics. This paper mainly studies Hu Jintao's democratic thought from the following parts: the first part, the theoretical origin of Hu Jintao's democratic thought. This part mainly expounds the theoretical origin of Hu Jintao's democratic thought from three aspects: Hu Jintao's inheritance of Marxist people's democratic dictatorship, Hu Jintao's inheritance of Marxist inner-party democratic thought; Hu Jintao's inheritance of Marxist grass-roots democratic thought. This part is the foreshadowing of this paper. The second part, the main content of Hu Jintao's democratic thought. This part mainly discusses the democracy thought of Hu Jintao from five aspects: inner-party democracy is the guide of developing socialist democracy, people's democracy is the life of socialism, reform is the motive force of developing socialist democracy; Legal construction is the guarantee of developing socialist democracy, and people-oriented is the foothold of developing socialist democracy. This part is the focus and difficulty of this paper. The third part, the era characteristic and realistic significance of Hu Jintao's democratic thought. In terms of the characteristics of the times, Hu Jintao's democratic thoughts embody the combination of theoretical innovation and practical innovation, the combination of development and stability, the combination of the will of the people and the mainstream of the nation, and the combination of historical conditions and realistic bases. Hu Jintao's democratic thought has important practical guiding significance for promoting the construction of the Party, the construction of the service-oriented government, the construction of the well-off society and the all-round development of people. This part is the starting point of this study, but also contains their own innovation.
