【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在黨的十九大報(bào)告中指出:"全面依法治國(guó)是國(guó)家治理的一場(chǎng)深刻革命,必須堅(jiān)持厲行法治,推進(jìn)科學(xué)立法、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法、公正司法、全民守法。"中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布《法治政府建設(shè)實(shí)施綱要》(2015-2020)確定法治政府的總體目標(biāo)有下述六項(xiàng):職能科學(xué)、權(quán)責(zé)法定、執(zhí)法嚴(yán)明、公開(kāi)公正、廉潔高效、守法誠(chéng)信。在黨的十九大報(bào)告中,習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在這六項(xiàng)總體目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)上,又進(jìn)一步對(duì)法治政府建設(shè)提出了若干新的具體要求。我們要加大法治政府建設(shè)力度,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)黨的十九大對(duì)法治政府建設(shè)的新要求,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)決勝全面建成小康社會(huì)、全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó)的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the party's 19th National Congress: "ruling the country according to law is a profound revolution in the governance of the country. We must adhere to the rule of law, push forward scientific legislation, strictly enforce the law, administer justice fairly, and abide by the law throughout the country." The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have issued the outline for the Construction of a Government ruled by Law (2015-2020), which determines the overall objectives of the government ruled by law as follows: scientific functions, statutory powers and responsibilities, strict law enforcement, open and fair, clean and efficient, law-abiding and honest. In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping, on the basis of the six general objectives, put forward some new concrete requirements for the construction of a government ruled by law. We should strengthen the construction of the government ruled by law, fully realize the new requirements of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party for the construction of the government ruled by law, and then realize the goal of building a well-off society and building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.
