造孔劑法制備多孔鐵碳合金的實驗研究

【摘要】:基于水解沉淀法,通過添加造孔劑制備出了多孔鐵碳合金.以Fe Cl3·6H2O為主要原料,淀粉作造孔劑,向制得的膠體中加入不同配比的淀粉,經(jīng)過濾、烘干、煅燒,再在650、700、750和800℃的溫度條件下用氫氣還原得到產(chǎn)物.用SEM、XRD和X射線能譜手段對樣品的微觀結構和形貌進行了表征,研究了淀粉添加量、氫氣還原溫度對多孔鐵碳合金的影響,分析了產(chǎn)物粒徑大小與還原溫度之間的關系.結果表明,淀粉的最佳添加量為22%,氫氣的最佳還原溫度為750℃,產(chǎn)物的粒徑隨著還原溫度的升高而增大,產(chǎn)物微粒的平均粒徑為25~55 nm,且還原產(chǎn)物中碳的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%~4.5%.
