溶膠-凝膠法制備NLCTO陶瓷的結(jié)構(gòu)和介電性能

【摘要】:采用溶膠-凝膠法制備Na_(1/2)La_(1/2)Cu_3Ti_4O_(12)(NLCTO)陶瓷,并對(duì)燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和介電性能的影響進(jìn)行研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在1085℃和1095℃燒結(jié)5 h后,NLCTO陶瓷表現(xiàn)出高的密度,均勻的顯微組織,高的介電常數(shù)(1.0~2.0×10~4)和低的介電損耗,特別是在燒結(jié)溫度為1095℃時(shí),陶瓷的介電損耗約0.044,且擁有好的頻率穩(wěn)定性。
