當代中國鄉(xiāng)村民主主體研究

【摘要】： 主體和民主的話題由來已久,特別是人類進入21世紀后,隨著政治民主化和經(jīng)濟全球化的影響,這兩個話題在社會生活中更加重要,受到普遍關注。人們都渴望民主的實現(xiàn)和民主權利的自由行使。關于鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的研究是民主領域研究的一個小視角,但是它的完善與否和民主的若干問題緊密聯(lián)系。 本文以馬克思主義主體性理論為指導,從主體入手,分析了當代研究鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的理論及現(xiàn)狀、論述了我國鄉(xiāng)村民主的概念及現(xiàn)狀、我國鄉(xiāng)村民主主體、促進我國鄉(xiāng)村民主主體成長的對策,以期待實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的民主化,推動我國鄉(xiāng)村民主政治的發(fā)展。 全文分為四個部分。第一章闡述了研究鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的理論及實踐意義、國內外研究鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的現(xiàn)狀、選題背景及由來、本文的分析和評價。第二章論述了我國鄉(xiāng)村民主主體。這里探究了民主主體的涵義和基本特征。本文認為,村民直接行使民主權利、村民流動及村民分化、派系宗族觀念濃厚是鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的現(xiàn)狀。鄉(xiāng)村民主得到了巨大的發(fā)展,但是仍存在著不少問題。第三章論述影響鄉(xiāng)村民主主體的四個因素:封建殘余觀念的影響、小農經(jīng)濟的阻礙、中國傳統(tǒng)儒家文化上的影響、村民自身素質的影響,然后從不斷完善的民主法治、平穩(wěn)而較快發(fā)展的市場經(jīng)濟、堅強而有力的黨的領導和科學的、大眾的社會主義文化四個方面論述了適合鄉(xiāng)村民主主體成長的可能性。第四章論述了促進我國鄉(xiāng)村民主主體成長的對策。從夯實鄉(xiāng)村市場經(jīng)濟基礎,大力發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟;村民更多地參與鄉(xiāng)村民主實踐;政府加強制度建設,實現(xiàn)民主的法制化、制度化;做好鄉(xiāng)村民主宣傳工作,注重與村民的良性互動的角度論述。
[Abstract]:The topic of subject and democracy has a long history, especially after entering the 21st century, with the influence of political democratization and economic globalization, these two topics are more important in the social life and receive universal attention. People yearn for the realization of democracy and the free exercise of democratic rights. The study on the subject of rural democracy is a small angle of view in the field of democracy, but its perfection is closely related to some problems of democracy. Under the guidance of Marxist subjectivity theory, this paper analyzes the theory and present situation of contemporary study of rural democratic subject, discusses the concept and present situation of rural democracy in China, and discusses the main body of rural democracy in China. In order to realize the democratization of rural democratic subjects and promote the development of rural democratic politics in China, the countermeasures to promote the growth of rural democratic subjects are put forward. The full text is divided into four parts. The first chapter expounds the theoretical and practical significance of the study of rural democratic subject, the status quo, the background and origin of the topic, and the analysis and evaluation of this paper. The second chapter discusses the main body of rural democracy in China. This paper explores the meaning and basic characteristics of democratic subjects. This paper holds that the villagers directly exercise their democratic rights, the villagers flow and the villagers are divided, and the strong concept of faction and clan is the status quo of the democratic subjects in the countryside. Rural democracy has made great progress, but there are still many problems. The third chapter discusses the four factors that influence the main body of rural democracy: the influence of the feudal remnant idea, the hindrance of the small-scale peasant economy, the influence of the Chinese traditional Confucian culture, the influence of the villagers' own quality, and then the continuous improvement of democracy and the rule of law. The stable and rapid development of market economy, the strong and powerful leadership of the Party and the scientific socialist culture of the masses discussed the possibility of the growth of the main body of rural democracy. The fourth chapter discusses the countermeasures to promote the growth of the main body of rural democracy in China. From ramming up the foundation of the rural market economy, vigorously developing the rural economy, participating more villagers in the practice of rural democracy, strengthening the government's institutional construction, realizing the legalization and institutionalization of democracy, and doing a good job in promoting rural democracy, Pay attention to the benign interaction with the villagers.
