【摘要】：文章闡述了我們不但要從總體上把握民主,而且還探討了民主與法制之間的關(guān)系,既社會(huì)主義民主必然靠社會(huì)主義法制做保障。
[Abstract]:The article expounds that we should not only grasp the democracy in general, but also discuss the relationship between democracy and the legal system, not only the socialist democracy is bound to rely on the socialist legal system.
