氣體捕捉法制備泡沫Ti-6Al-4V三明治結構與性能評價

【摘要】:基于氣體捕捉法制備泡沫鈦三明治結構工藝,對以鋼包套+Ti-6Al-4V板+Ti-6Al-4V粉的封裝工藝制備的泡沫Ti-6Al-4V三明治結構預制坯進行了900℃下不同變形量的軋制,并進行了950℃/10h的等溫發(fā)泡。通過SEM對不同狀態(tài)的三明治結構芯部孔洞狀態(tài)進行觀察和測量,探究了軋制變形量對泡沫Ti-6Al-4V三明治結構預制坯等溫發(fā)泡行為的影響。結果表明:軋制主要是以沿軋制方向拉長孔洞和增加孔洞連通的方式影響泡沫Ti-6Al-4V三明治結構芯部,且軋制變形量越大越嚴重,但對孔洞內壁形態(tài)及孔洞在垂直于軋向平面內的形態(tài)未產生影響。當預制坯軋制變形量為80%時,經(jīng)等溫發(fā)泡成功制備了面板厚度為362μm,芯部孔隙率達到40%的泡沫Ti-6Al-4V三明治結構,其在高應變速率下抗壓強度達到824.8 MPa,400℃下熱導率僅為致密金屬的52.8%。
