黃芪百合顆粒干法制粒工藝研究

【摘要】:目的:研究黃芪百合顆粒干法制粒的最佳工藝條件。方法:采用單因素試驗考察送料變頻、壓片變頻、制粒變頻和干膏粉含水量對顆粒一次成型率的影響,再通過L_(16)(4~5)正交試驗優(yōu)選黃芪百合顆粒干法制粒工藝條件。結(jié)果:最佳制粒工藝條件為:送料變頻9 Hz、壓片變頻13 Hz、制粒變頻10 Hz、干膏粉含水量2.0%。結(jié)論:黃芪百合顆粒干法制粒優(yōu)化后的工藝穩(wěn)定、可行,為以后該產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用提供了可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the optimum conditions for dry granulation of Huangqi lily granules. Methods: single factor test was used to investigate the effects of feed frequency, press frequency conversion, granulation frequency conversion and dry paste water content on the granulation rate. The dry granulation conditions of Huangqi lily granules were optimized by L _ (16) (4 ~ (5) orthogonal test. Results: the optimum granulation technology conditions were as follows: feed frequency conversion 9 Hz, press plate frequency conversion 13 Hz, granulation frequency conversion 10 Hz, dry paste powder water content 2.0. Conclusion: the optimized dry granulation process of Huangqi lily granules is stable and feasible, which provides a reliable basis for the industrial application of this product.
