水熱法制備納米酚醛樹脂微球的研究

【摘要】:以間苯二酚(R)、甲醛(F)為原料,氨水為催化劑,十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)為表面活性劑,氯化鈉(Na Cl)為添加劑,在乙醇與水按照一定比例形成的混合溶劑中,采用水熱法合成酚醛樹脂微球。研究了反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)物質(zhì)量分數(shù)、表面活性劑CTAB用量及Na Cl的加入對微球形貌和平均粒徑的影響。結(jié)果表明:表面活性劑CTAB的加入不僅能有效控制粒徑大小,還能使產(chǎn)物形貌具有球形-蠕蟲狀-球形的變化過程;適量中性鹽Na Cl的加入能有效抑制微球間的團聚,得到單分散微球。當合成條件為水熱溫度T=100℃,反應(yīng)物質(zhì)量分數(shù)w_(單體)=2%,表面活性劑CTAB用量n_(CTAB)∶n_R=1∶3,Na Cl用量n_(NaCl)∶n_R=1∶1時,反應(yīng)24 h就能得到單一分散、平均粒徑為150 nm的酚醛樹脂微球。
[Abstract]:Using resorcinol (R), formaldehyde (F) as raw material, ammonia water as catalyst, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as surfactant, sodium chloride (Na Cl) as additive, in a mixed solvent of ethanol and water in a certain proportion. Phenolic resin microspheres were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The effects of reaction temperature, mass fraction of reactants, the amount of surfactant CTAB and the addition of NaCl on the morphology and average particle size of microspheres were studied. The results show that the addition of surfactant CTAB can not only effectively control the particle size, but also make the morphology of the product spherical, wormlike and spherical, and the addition of neutral salt NaCl can effectively inhibit the agglomeration between the microspheres. Monodisperse microspheres were obtained. The phenolic resin microspheres with a single dispersion and an average diameter of 150nm can be obtained when the synthesis conditions are: hydrothermal temperature 100 鈩,
