靜電紡絲結(jié)合還原氮化法制備中空TiN纖維研究

【摘要】:通過靜電紡絲技術(shù)制備出聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)模板纖維,以四氯化鈦-乙醇混合液為前驅(qū)體溶液,采用模板浸漬工藝獲得Ti O2纖維,在氨氣氣氛下1000℃氮化2 h得Ti N纖維。利用XRD和SEM研究分析浸漬液種類及濃度和浸漬時間對Ti N纖維的組成和形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用二氯甲烷為溶劑時得到的Ti N纖維交聯(lián)較輕;浸漬時間為1 min時,纖維連續(xù)且表面平滑;浸漬液中Ti4+濃度為0.25 mol/L時獲得的Ti N纖維物相較純,呈圓柱狀且內(nèi)部中空,連續(xù)性好。
