酸堿法制備超純煤

【摘要】:對傳統(tǒng)的酸堿法制備超純煤工藝進行了改進。以內蒙古鄂爾多斯的煙煤和無煙煤為原料,采用酸堿法對煤進行脫灰處理,研究了煤的粒度、焙燒溫度、堿煤比、焙燒時間和酸浸條件對脫灰效果的影響,在優(yōu)化的工藝條件下,得到灰分含量小于0.5%的超純煤。
[Abstract]:The traditional acid-base method for the preparation of ultra-pure coal was improved. Bituminous coal and anthracite from Ordos, Inner Mongolia were used as raw materials. The effects of coal particle size, calcination temperature, alkali coal ratio, roasting time and acid leaching conditions on the ash removal effect were studied. Under the optimized technological conditions, ultrapure coal with ash content less than 0.5% was obtained.
