初中生物教學(xué)中滲透環(huán)境法制教育的探究
[Abstract]:Environmental legal education is to teach people the contents of laws and regulations related to the environment and to cultivate people's awareness of taking legal measures to solve environmental problems. Environmental issues have always been a global concern, and environmental issues are closely related to our lives, our country is also comprehensively promoting the rule of law this research is put forward under such a background. The purpose of this paper is to probe into the methods and strategies of infiltrating environmental legal education in biology teaching, in order to cultivate students' legal literacy, cultivate all-round development people, realize the social function of biology teaching, and promote the development of quality education. To promote the harmonious development of man and nature. In this study, a total of 488 freshmen in the eighth grade of grade one of the fourth middle school in Ningcheng County were investigated by questionnaire, among which 471 valid questionnaires were collected. The contents of the investigation are the current situation of environmental legal education, and the conclusions are as follows: (1) there are fewer activities of environmental legal education in schools, (2) students have the consciousness of actively participating in environmental protection activities, They are willing to learn the knowledge of environmental legal system; (3) the students' awareness of environmental protection stays on the surface and does not form the viewpoint of environmental legal system; (4) the students' knowledge of environmental legal system is deficient and is in need of improvement. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward to the environmental legal education and biology teachers of the school: (1) the school should unite the relevant social departments to provide the platform for students to study and practice the environmental legal system, and increase the frequency of carrying out environmental legal activities; Schools can set up special courses in environmental legal system according to their own conditions, or strengthen the teaching penetration of subjects, for example, in the subject of biology. (2) the teachers of biology should first learn the environmental law knowledge by themselves, and no scientific mistakes should be made during the infiltration. Secondly, the teachers should eat through the teaching materials. The knowledge of environmental legal system hidden in teaching materials should be excavated, processed and utilized to study biological knowledge and permeate the education of environmental legal system as a supplementary, so it is not necessary to seize the dominant position and put the cart before the horse.
