【摘要】：環(huán)境法制教育就是教授人們與環(huán)境相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)人們采取法律措施解決環(huán)境問題的意識。環(huán)境問題一直以來都是全球關(guān)注的問題,并且環(huán)境問題與我們的生活密切相關(guān),我們國家也正在全面推進依法治國本研究就是在這樣的大背景下提出的。旨在探究生物學(xué)科教學(xué)中滲透環(huán)境法制教育的方法、策略,以期培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的法律素養(yǎng),培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人,實現(xiàn)生物學(xué)科教學(xué)的社會功能,推進素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展,推進人與自然的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本研究通過問卷調(diào)查法,對寧城縣第四中學(xué)初一年級八個班的新生共計488人做了調(diào)查,其中回收的有效問卷為471份。調(diào)查內(nèi)容為環(huán)境法制教育現(xiàn)狀,通過分析問卷得到如下結(jié)論:(1)學(xué)校環(huán)境法制教育活動較少;(2)學(xué)生有主動參與環(huán)保活動的意識,愿意學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境法制知識;(3)學(xué)生的環(huán)保意識停留在表面,沒有形成環(huán)境法制觀點;(4)學(xué)生的環(huán)境法制知識匱乏,正待提高。針對以上問題對該校環(huán)境法制教育和生物教師提出如下建議:(1)學(xué)校要聯(lián)合社會相關(guān)部門為學(xué)生提供學(xué)習(xí)和實踐環(huán)境法制的平臺,增加開展環(huán)境法制活動的次數(shù);學(xué)校可以根據(jù)自己的條件開設(shè)專門的環(huán)境法制課程,或者加強學(xué)科教學(xué)滲透,比如在生物學(xué)科、地理學(xué)科中滲透環(huán)境法制教育;(2)生物學(xué)科的任課教師首先要自己學(xué)好環(huán)境法律知識,在滲透時切不可出現(xiàn)科學(xué)性的錯誤;其次,教師要吃透教材,將隱藏于教材中的環(huán)境法制知識挖掘出來,加工利用,以學(xué)習(xí)生物學(xué)知識為主,滲透環(huán)境法制教育為輔,不可喧賓奪主,本末倒置。
[Abstract]:Environmental legal education is to teach people the contents of laws and regulations related to the environment and to cultivate people's awareness of taking legal measures to solve environmental problems. Environmental issues have always been a global concern, and environmental issues are closely related to our lives, our country is also comprehensively promoting the rule of law this research is put forward under such a background. The purpose of this paper is to probe into the methods and strategies of infiltrating environmental legal education in biology teaching, in order to cultivate students' legal literacy, cultivate all-round development people, realize the social function of biology teaching, and promote the development of quality education. To promote the harmonious development of man and nature. In this study, a total of 488 freshmen in the eighth grade of grade one of the fourth middle school in Ningcheng County were investigated by questionnaire, among which 471 valid questionnaires were collected. The contents of the investigation are the current situation of environmental legal education, and the conclusions are as follows: (1) there are fewer activities of environmental legal education in schools, (2) students have the consciousness of actively participating in environmental protection activities, They are willing to learn the knowledge of environmental legal system; (3) the students' awareness of environmental protection stays on the surface and does not form the viewpoint of environmental legal system; (4) the students' knowledge of environmental legal system is deficient and is in need of improvement. In view of the above problems, the following suggestions are put forward to the environmental legal education and biology teachers of the school: (1) the school should unite the relevant social departments to provide the platform for students to study and practice the environmental legal system, and increase the frequency of carrying out environmental legal activities; Schools can set up special courses in environmental legal system according to their own conditions, or strengthen the teaching penetration of subjects, for example, in the subject of biology. (2) the teachers of biology should first learn the environmental law knowledge by themselves, and no scientific mistakes should be made during the infiltration. Secondly, the teachers should eat through the teaching materials. The knowledge of environmental legal system hidden in teaching materials should be excavated, processed and utilized to study biological knowledge and permeate the education of environmental legal system as a supplementary, so it is not necessary to seize the dominant position and put the cart before the horse.
