三種闊葉木速生材原料硫酸鹽法制漿性能的研究

【摘要】:闊葉木原料由于其生長周期短,雜細(xì)胞含量少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而在制漿造紙工業(yè)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,為了適應(yīng)工業(yè)大生產(chǎn)的需求,不同品種的闊葉木原料在工廠中往往被混合制漿。本研究針對(duì)國內(nèi)某工廠用于混合蒸煮的三種闊葉木原料(包括一種進(jìn)口桉木、一種國產(chǎn)桉木和一種相思木)分別進(jìn)行硫酸鹽法蒸煮實(shí)驗(yàn),并進(jìn)行了(AQ)P漂白,從而考察三種原料在制漿造紙性能方面的特點(diǎn),及其漿料的TCF漂白性能,并初步探討這三種原料在制漿性能方面存在差異的原因。 對(duì)原料化學(xué)組分的分析表明,與其它兩種原料相比,進(jìn)口桉木原料中的木素含量高,碳水化合物含量低,其抽出物含量和灰分含量也較高,而另一種桉木中的木素含量較低,且與相思木相近。 蒸煮實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)漿料卡伯值范圍在16~19,黑液殘堿范圍在3~8g/L時(shí),進(jìn)口桉木需要較高的用堿量和H因子,分別為22%和1500;而國產(chǎn)桉木和相思木所需的用堿量分別為19%和18%,H因子均為1250。當(dāng)漿料的卡伯值相近時(shí),進(jìn)口桉木的漿料得率明顯低,只有39.7%,國產(chǎn)桉木和相思木漿料得率分別為47.9%和53.0%。在黏度,打漿性能,物理強(qiáng)度等方面進(jìn)口桉木漿料都表現(xiàn)最差。 (AQ)P漂白研究的結(jié)果表明,H_2O_2用量、NaOH與H_2O_2的用量比、漂白時(shí)間和Na_2SiO_3的使用等因素均對(duì)漂白結(jié)果造成影響。當(dāng)漿料卡伯值相近時(shí),進(jìn)口桉木漿料的漂白性能較差,與另一種桉木漿料相比,在相同的漂白條件下,漂白漿料白度低了接近8個(gè)單位(%ISO)。 對(duì)黑液中糖含量的分光光度法和固形物含量測(cè)定結(jié)果表明,隨著蒸煮用堿量增加,黑液固形物含量增加,而黑液中己糖、戊糖和總糖含量呈現(xiàn)下降。H因子對(duì)黑液中糖含量和固形物含量的影響有類似的規(guī)律。 對(duì)原料、相近卡伯值的漿料和黑液固形物中木素含量的分析結(jié)果表明,進(jìn)口桉木原料中的總木素含量較高,黑液固形物中的總木素含量較低。國產(chǎn)桉木和相思木原料中的總木素含量相近,相思木漿料中的總木素含量較高。 對(duì)原料、相近卡伯值的漿料和黑液固形物中糖含量的離子色譜分析結(jié)果表明,相思木原料中的總糖含量較高,其漿料中的總糖含量也較高,而黑液固形物中的總糖含量較低。兩種桉木中的總糖含量相近,漿料中的總糖含量相當(dāng)。 對(duì)未漂漿和漂白漿的塵埃度測(cè)定結(jié)果表明,進(jìn)口桉木漿中塵埃個(gè)數(shù)和塵�?偯娣e均為最多。經(jīng)過漂白后,三者漿料的塵埃度都有了明顯降低。 比較三種原料的制漿行為,其中進(jìn)口桉木的制漿性能相對(duì)較差。
[Abstract]:Broad-leaved wood raw materials have been widely used in pulp and paper industry because of its short growth cycle and low content of miscellaneous cells. In order to meet the needs of industrial production, different kinds of broad-leaved wood raw materials are often mixed pulping in factories. Three kinds of broad-leaved wood raw materials (including one imported eucalyptus wood, one domestic eucalyptus wood and one acacia wood) which are used for mixed cooking in a factory in China were studied in this paper, and (AQ) P bleaching was carried out. The characteristics of the three raw materials in pulping and papermaking, and the TCF bleaching properties of the pulp were investigated, and the reasons for the differences in pulping properties of the three raw materials were discussed. The analysis of the chemical components of the raw materials showed that compared with the other two kinds of raw materials, the imported eucalyptus had higher lignin content, lower carbohydrate content, higher extract and ash content, and lower lignin content in the other eucalyptus wood. And close to Acacia. The results of cooking experiment showed that when the Kappa number of pulp was in the range of 16 ~ 19 and the range of residual alkali of black liquor was 3 ~ 8 g / L, the imported eucalyptus needed a higher amount of alkali and H factor. The amount of alkali needed for Eucalyptus and Acacia was 19% and 1850H, respectively. When the Kappa number of the pulp was similar, the pulp yield of imported eucalyptus was significantly lower, only 39.7%. The pulp yield of domestic eucalyptus and Acacia wood were 47.9% and 53.0%, respectively. The imported eucalyptus pulp was the worst in viscosity, beating performance and physical strength. The results of (AQ) P bleaching show that the ratio of NaOH to H _ 2O _ 2, bleaching time and the use of Na _ 2SiO _ 3 have an effect on the bleaching results. When the Kappa number of the pulp was similar, the bleach performance of the imported eucalyptus pulp was poor. Compared with the other eucalyptus pulp, the brightness of the bleached pulp was lower than that of the other eucalyptus pulp by nearly 8 units (ISO) under the same bleaching conditions. The results of spectrophotometry and solid content determination of sugar in black liquor showed that the content of solid substance in black liquor increased with the increase of alkali content, but hexose in black liquor. The contents of pentose and total sugar decreased. H factor had a similar effect on sugar content and solid content in black liquor. The analysis of lignin content in raw materials, pulp with similar Kappa number and black liquor solids showed that the total lignin content in imported eucalyptus was higher than that in black liquor solids. The total lignin content of Eucalyptus and Acacia wood was similar, and the total lignin content in Acacia wood pulp was higher. The results of ion chromatographic analysis of sugar content in raw material, pulp with similar Kappa number and black liquor solid showed that the total sugar content in Acacia wood was higher, the total sugar content in pulp was also higher, and the total sugar content in black liquor solid was lower. The total sugar content in the two kinds of eucalyptus was similar, and the total sugar content in the pulp was the same. The dust content of unbleached pulp and bleached pulp was measured. The results showed that the number of dust and the total area of dust were the most in the imported eucalyptus pulps. After bleaching, the dust of the three pulps decreased obviously. Comparing the pulping behavior of three kinds of raw materials, the pulping performance of imported eucalyptus was relatively poor.
