【摘要】:以糖廠廢棄的糖蜜為原料,Na_2CO_3為活化劑,采用一步直接化學(xué)活化法制備了糖蜜基活性炭(AC).采用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、N_2吸附-脫附及元素分析手段對(duì)產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征,證實(shí)其為多孔的石墨化碳材料,比表面積高達(dá)1023 m~2/g.研究了糖蜜基活性炭對(duì)溶液中的重金屬離子Pb(Ⅱ)的脫除性能,結(jié)果表明:糖蜜基活性炭的吸附容量高于市售活性炭(CC),且所需吸附時(shí)間和投炭量均低于市售活性炭;其吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)符合準(zhǔn)二級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)的Langmuir吸附,為單分子層的化學(xué)吸附;吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的糖蜜基活性炭可循環(huán)再生和重復(fù)使用.
[Abstract]:The molasses based activated carbon (AC) was prepared by one step direct chemical activation method using the waste molasses from the sugar mill as the raw material and the gas as activator. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), adsorption-desorption and elemental analysis.
