【摘要】： 民主政治是中國國家政治現(xiàn)代化追求的重要目標之一,也是中國共產黨積極穩(wěn)健推動政治文明建設的重要方面。但世界各國的民主政治模式不應該是千篇一律的。國家之間不同的政治、經濟、文化決定了民主在每個國家應具備不同的表現(xiàn)形式,包括民主主體要素的構成和民主政治的運行框架,即民主政治模式。 中國共產黨的十七大報告明確提出“人民民主是社會主義的生命。發(fā)展社會主義民主政治是我們黨始終不渝的奮斗目標”,并鄭重承諾“堅定不移發(fā)展社會主義民主政治”。“民主”因此成為十七大報告的主題詞之一,在報告中出現(xiàn)60多次,闡述了中國政治體制改革的發(fā)展方向。正確理解中國特色社會主義民主政治模式發(fā)展的國情基礎是深入學習和貫徹十七大精神的認識前提。 中國民主政治模式必須根植于中國特有的國情基礎。立足國情而樹立科學的中國民主政治發(fā)展觀,是促進中國政治體制改革穩(wěn)步前進的首要前提。首先本文論述了民主政治模式的涵義以及中國特色社會主義民主政治模式的形成和發(fā)展。其次,本文主要分析了中國民主政治發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀。在總結發(fā)展經驗的基礎上主要分析了中國民主政治發(fā)展的不充分性。最后,結合我國正在進行的政治體制改革,提出了一些改善我國民主政治模式發(fā)展的一些看法和建議。本文強調應該以中國特色社會主義理論體系為指導,深入貫徹黨的“十七大”精神,探討了新時期中國特色社會主義民主政治模式的發(fā)展問題。即以堅持黨的領導、人民當家作主和依法治國的有機統(tǒng)一為根本要求,加強民主監(jiān)督和發(fā)展人民民主,同時借鑒人類政治文明有益成果,發(fā)展社會主義民主政治。本文的目的為中國繼續(xù)積極而穩(wěn)健推進民主政治建設服務。 當代中國民主政治的主題是調動一切積極因素,實現(xiàn)社會主義現(xiàn)代化和中華民族的偉大復興,這一目標定位內在地規(guī)定著中國民主的實踐形式。本文的目的也是為了服務于這一主題,為我們黨進行政治文明建設服務。
[Abstract]:Democratic politics is one of the important goals for the pursuit of China's political modernization and an important aspect of the Chinese Communist Party's active and steady promotion of the construction of political civilization. However, the democratic political models of the countries of the world should not be monotonous. The different political, economic and cultural differences between countries have determined that democracy should have different forms in each country. The present form includes the components of the main elements of democracy and the operational framework of democratic politics, that is, the democratic political mode.
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that "people's democracy is the life of socialism. Developing socialist democracy is the unswerving goal of our party" and solemnly committed to "unswervingly developing socialist democracy". "Democracy" has become one of the seventeen main themes of the report, and 6 in the report. More than 0 times, the development direction of China's political system reform is expounded. A correct understanding of the foundation of the development of the socialist democratic political model with Chinese characteristics is the prerequisite for the deep study and implementation of the spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress.
China's democratic political model must be rooted in China's unique national conditions. Establishing a scientific view of China's democratic political development based on national conditions is the primary prerequisite for promoting the steady progress of the reform of the Chinese political system. Secondly, this article mainly analyzes the present situation of the development of China's democratic politics. On the basis of summarizing the experience of development, this paper mainly analyzes the inadequacy of the development of China's democratic politics. Finally, some views and suggestions on improving the model development of democratic politics in China are put forward in the light of the political system reform that is being carried out in China. Guided by the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the spirit of the party's "Seventeenth National Congress" is thoroughly carried out, and the development of a socialist democratic political model with Chinese characteristics in the new period is discussed. At the same time, we should learn from the beneficial results of human political civilization and develop socialist democratic politics. The purpose of this paper is to continue to actively and steadily promote the construction of democratic politics in China.
The theme of contemporary Chinese democracy is to mobilize all positive factors to achieve socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The goal is to define the practical form of Chinese democracy. The purpose of this article is to serve this theme and serve our party's administration of administrative civilization.
