丙烯酸硅烷樹脂的ATRP法制備及性能研究

【摘要】:本文利用原子轉(zhuǎn)移自由基聚合方法,以2-溴代異丁酰溴為引發(fā)劑,溴化亞銅與聯(lián)二吡啶為催化體系,以丙烯酸三異丙基硅烷酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、2-甲氧基乙基丙烯酸酯為單體進(jìn)行了共聚反應(yīng),得到了分子量分布在1.5左右的丙烯酸硅烷無規(guī)共聚樹脂。研究結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度為85~90℃時,[Cu Br]/[bpy]/[Bi BB]/[Monomer]比例為1∶2∶1∶700時,丙烯酸硅烷樹脂聚合的反應(yīng)可控性較好;由于丙烯酸硅烷樹脂的水解作用,硅藻小新月菱形藻在涂膜表面整體粘附較少。
[Abstract]:In this paper, using the atomic transfer radical polymerization method, using 2-bromo-isobutyloyl bromide as initiator, cuprous bromide and bipyridine as catalyst system, triisopropyl silane acrylate was used as catalyst. Methyl methacrylate 2-methoxyethyl acrylate was copolymerized as monomer, and the random copolymer resin with molecular weight distribution about 1.5 was obtained.
