【摘要】：法治評估意味著對法治的全方位評估,通過法治標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來尋找法治建設(shè)差距。基于提升法治評估有效性的視角,法治評估指標(biāo)體系的建構(gòu)是相當(dāng)有必要的。法治評估指標(biāo)體系的可行性框架,是其邁向?qū)嵺`場域的檢驗導(dǎo)向。在這個過程中需要倡導(dǎo)方法論的進(jìn)路,具體包括指標(biāo)權(quán)重設(shè)置、指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)收集以及指標(biāo)計算量化三個方面。通過方法論的實踐操作,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化法治評估指標(biāo)體系,從而提升法治的可能性。
[Abstract]:The rule of law evaluation means the all-round evaluation of the rule of law, through the rule of law standards to find the gap in the construction of the rule of law. Based on the perspective of improving the effectiveness of evaluation of rule of law, it is necessary to construct the index system of evaluation of rule of law. The feasibility framework of the evaluation index system of rule of law is its test direction towards the field of practice. In this process, it is necessary to advocate the approach of methodology, including the setting of index weight, the collection of index data and the quantification of index calculation. Through the practical operation of methodology, the evaluation index system of rule of law is further optimized to enhance the possibility of rule by law.
