【摘要】：盧梭是18世紀(jì)法國(guó)家喻戶(hù)曉的資產(chǎn)階級(jí)啟蒙思想家,其在民主理論方面有著極高的建樹(shù),是民主理論的集大成者,被譽(yù)為現(xiàn)代民主制之父。深入了解和學(xué)習(xí)盧梭的主權(quán)在民等民主思想,有利于促進(jìn)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主化進(jìn)程。民主是一個(gè)常說(shuō)常新的話題,關(guān)于它的爭(zhēng)論從來(lái)沒(méi)有停止過(guò)。雖然民主早已有之,但是經(jīng)過(guò)千百年來(lái)的實(shí)踐修正和理論闡述,今日之民主和古代、近代之民主已大不相同。如何根據(jù)時(shí)代的變化,把握民主理論的發(fā)展,從而更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)民主,仍然是學(xué)術(shù)界值得探討和深究的課題。因此本文從追尋盧梭的一生和當(dāng)時(shí)的社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀開(kāi)始,來(lái)探討盧梭的民主思想來(lái)源。本文的框架大致如此:論文第一部分,重點(diǎn)闡述當(dāng)代研究盧梭民主思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外對(duì)盧梭民主思想的具體研究情況。論文第二部分,介紹了盧梭的一生境遇以及當(dāng)時(shí)法國(guó)的社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀。死后備極哀榮的盧梭,生前卻受當(dāng)局的迫害、朋友的誹謗、輿論的污毒,嘗盡生活的艱辛。論文第三部分,重點(diǎn)介紹了盧梭思想的主要來(lái)源。布丹是第一個(gè)對(duì)主權(quán)本質(zhì)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的討論的思想家,同時(shí)被譽(yù)為近代主權(quán)理論的起點(diǎn)。布丹的追隨者托馬斯·霍布斯在其基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步發(fā)展了主權(quán)學(xué)說(shuō),奠定了近代自由主義民主思想的基礎(chǔ)。洛克開(kāi)啟了現(xiàn)代意義上的分權(quán)學(xué)說(shuō),孟德斯鳩建立在對(duì)社會(huì)狀態(tài)和自然狀態(tài)的分析基礎(chǔ)上的學(xué)說(shuō),這些人都或多或少對(duì)盧梭思想的形成產(chǎn)生了影響。盧梭也是在對(duì)上述思想家的思想進(jìn)行剖析分解,并結(jié)合自身經(jīng)歷通過(guò)不斷的思考,最終也提出了自己對(duì)于主權(quán)理論的獨(dú)特見(jiàn)解。論文第四部分,介紹了盧梭民主思想對(duì)西方各思想家、馬克思恩格斯、中國(guó)的早期民主思想的影響,以及對(duì)法國(guó)大革命、美國(guó)革命和近代中國(guó)民主革命的影響。論文第五部分,介紹了盧梭在《社會(huì)契約論》中表達(dá)的民主思想的主要內(nèi)容。論文第六部分,闡述了盧梭民主思想給我們的幾點(diǎn)啟示。通過(guò)前幾部分對(duì)盧梭民主理論產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景和理論來(lái)源、繼承、發(fā)展,以及盧梭民主思想主要內(nèi)容等方面的講述,最終目的也是為了吸收盧梭民主理論中依然煥發(fā)生機(jī)的部分并將這一部分用于促進(jìn)我國(guó)的民主建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Rousseau was a well-known bourgeois enlightenment thinker in France in the 18th century. Rousseau had a great success in democratic theory and was praised as the father of modern democracy. A thorough understanding and study of Rousseau's democratic ideas such as sovereignty in the people is conducive to promoting the process of socialist democratization in China. Democracy is a subject that is often said and new, and the debate about it has never stopped. Although democracy has existed for a long time, after thousands of years of practice revision and theoretical elaboration, democracy today is quite different from democracy in ancient times and modern times. How to grasp the development of democratic theory according to the change of times and realize democracy better is still a topic worth discussing and studying deeply in academic circles. Therefore, this paper begins with the pursuit of Rousseau's life and the social situation at that time to explore the origin of Rousseau's democratic thought. In the first part of this paper, the author focuses on the practical significance of the contemporary research on Rousseau's democratic thought, as well as the specific research situation of Rousseau's democratic thought both at home and abroad. The second part introduces Rousseau's life situation and the social situation of France at that time. Rousseau was persecuted by the authorities, slandered by friends, tainted by public opinion, and tried the hardships of life. The third part focuses on the main sources of Rousseau's thought. Budan was the first thinker to discuss systematically the essence of sovereignty and was praised as the starting point of modern sovereignty theory. Thomas Hobbes, a follower of Budan, further developed the theory of sovereignty on the basis of which he laid the foundation of modern liberal democratic thought. Locke opened the theory of separation of powers in the modern sense, Montesquieu based on the analysis of the social and natural state of the theory, these people more or less affect the formation of Rousseau's thought. Rousseau also analyzed and decomposed the thought of the above thinkers and put forward his own unique opinion on the theory of sovereignty through constant thinking combined with his own experience. The fourth part introduces the influence of Rousseau's democratic thought on the western thinkers, Marx and Engels, the early democratic thought of China, and the French Revolution, American Revolution and Modern Chinese Democratic Revolution. In the fifth part, the main content of Rousseau's democratic thought expressed in Social contract is introduced. The sixth part of the paper expounds Rousseau's democracy thought to us several enlightenment. Through the previous parts of Rousseau's democratic theory of the generation of the background and theoretical sources, inheritance, development, as well as the main content of Rousseau's democratic thought and other aspects, The ultimate purpose is to absorb the still alive part of Rousseau's democratic theory and to use this part to promote the construction of democracy in our country.
