【摘要】：推進(jìn)協(xié)商民主的法治化,既是全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)的重要內(nèi)容,也是國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。推進(jìn)協(xié)商民主實(shí)體內(nèi)容的法治化、程序流程的法治化和渠道類(lèi)型的法治化是社會(huì)主義協(xié)商民主的法治化的內(nèi)在訴求。
[Abstract]:To promote the rule of law of consultative democracy is not only the important content of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, but also the practical need of the modernization of national governance. It is the inner demand of socialist deliberative democracy to push forward the legalization of the content of the entity of consultation, the rule of law of the procedure flow and the rule of law of the channel type.
