水熱均勻沉淀法制備Zn-Sr-HA微球

【摘要】:通過調(diào)整反應(yīng)溶液中Zn/Sr摩爾比和水熱反應(yīng)時間,制備了鋅鍶替代羥基磷灰石(Zn-Sr-HA)微球。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、X射線熒光光譜(XRF)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)和場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)研究了微球的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌特征。結(jié)果表明,當初始溶液中Zn/Sr摩爾比為3∶2或1∶1、反應(yīng)溫度180℃、反應(yīng)時間3~4 h時,產(chǎn)物全部由HA微球組成。微球的平均直徑約10~20μm,大小均勻、分散性好。隨著初始溶液中Zn/Sr摩爾比的增加,HA微球中Zn/Sr摩爾比逐漸增加,晶胞參數(shù)a值和c值逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:Zinc strontium substituted hydroxyapatite (Zn-Sr-HA) microspheres were prepared by adjusting Zn / Sr molar ratio and hydrothermal reaction time. The composition, structure and morphology of the microspheres were investigated by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
