【摘要】：當前,市場與政府的關系尚未完全理順,主要在于政府公權力對市場經濟干預過程中法治的缺失。政府公權力干預市場經濟運行具有合理性,實現市場和政府的良好關系,確保市場在資源配置中起決定性作用,更好發(fā)揮政府在市場經濟發(fā)展中的積極作用,關鍵在于市場經濟領域政府公權力的法治化構建,實現公權力行使者運用法治思維與法治方式解決市場經濟問題。主要應做好兩方面工作:張揚法治精神,推動公權力的自我約束;構建法治秩序,推動公權力的制度約束。
[Abstract]:At present, the relationship between the market and the government has not been completely straightened out, mainly due to the lack of government power to intervene in the market economy. The government power to intervene in the market economy is reasonable, to realize the good relationship between the market and the government, to ensure that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources, and to give full play to the government in the market economy. The key to the active role of development lies in the construction of the rule of law of government power in the field of market economy, and the realization of public power to solve the problem of market economy by the rule of law thinking and rule of law.
