【摘要】：當(dāng)前,市場(chǎng)與政府的關(guān)系尚未完全理順,主要在于政府公權(quán)力對(duì)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)干預(yù)過(guò)程中法治的缺失。政府公權(quán)力干預(yù)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行具有合理性,實(shí)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)和政府的良好關(guān)系,確保市場(chǎng)在資源配置中起決定性作用,更好發(fā)揮政府在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的積極作用,關(guān)鍵在于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域政府公權(quán)力的法治化構(gòu)建,實(shí)現(xiàn)公權(quán)力行使者運(yùn)用法治思維與法治方式解決市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題。主要應(yīng)做好兩方面工作:張揚(yáng)法治精神,推動(dòng)公權(quán)力的自我約束;構(gòu)建法治秩序,推動(dòng)公權(quán)力的制度約束。
[Abstract]:At present, the relationship between the market and the government has not been completely straightened out, mainly due to the lack of government power to intervene in the market economy. The government power to intervene in the market economy is reasonable, to realize the good relationship between the market and the government, to ensure that the market plays a decisive role in the allocation of resources, and to give full play to the government in the market economy. The key to the active role of development lies in the construction of the rule of law of government power in the field of market economy, and the realization of public power to solve the problem of market economy by the rule of law thinking and rule of law. Two aspects should be done: Publicizing the spirit of the rule of law and promoting the self-restraint of public power; building a rule of law order and promoting the system of public power. Bundles.
