【摘要】：人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主在中國(guó)的協(xié)商民主中處于核心地位,構(gòu)成了中國(guó)協(xié)商民主理論與實(shí)踐的根基。在長(zhǎng)期的發(fā)展中,人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主形成了參政協(xié)商、資政協(xié)商、議政協(xié)商、問(wèn)政協(xié)商四種模式,這對(duì)中國(guó)的其他協(xié)商民主起到了示范作用。在人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主的引領(lǐng)下,中國(guó)的協(xié)商民主制度不斷發(fā)展。這種制度引領(lǐng)作用主要體現(xiàn)在人民政協(xié)不僅善于利用自身組織平臺(tái)推動(dòng)協(xié)商民主發(fā)展,而且還善于對(duì)協(xié)商民主的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行理論總結(jié)并不斷推進(jìn)協(xié)商民主的制度化發(fā)展。正是有了人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主的模式示范與制度引領(lǐng),協(xié)商民主才不斷拓展,逐步形成了獨(dú)具中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義民主協(xié)商制度。
[Abstract]:The consultative democracy of the CPPCC is at the core of China's deliberative democracy, which forms the foundation of the theory and practice of China's deliberative democracy. In the long-term development, the CPPCC consultative democracy has formed four modes of participation in politics consultation, senior political consultation, and political consultation, which has played an exemplary role in other deliberative democracy in China. Under the guidance of the CPPCC consultative democracy, China's consultative democracy has been developing continuously. The leading role of this system lies in that the CPPCC is not only good at using its own organizational platform to promote the development of consultative democracy, but also good at summarizing the practice of consultative democracy theoretically and continuously promoting the institutional development of consultative democracy. It is with the model demonstration and system guidance of the CPPCC consultation democracy that the deliberative democracy has been continuously expanded and the socialist democratic consultation system with unique Chinese characteristics has been gradually formed.
