【摘要】：人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主是我國(guó)先發(fā)內(nèi)生的民主形式,其產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展具有深厚的歷史基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主遵循著協(xié)商建國(guó)、協(xié)商建制、協(xié)商治國(guó)的歷史邏輯,展現(xiàn)了獨(dú)具特色的發(fā)展規(guī)律和強(qiáng)大的生命力。當(dāng)前,人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主的理論體系、制度體系不斷完善,協(xié)商主體能力和素質(zhì)不斷提高,人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主業(yè)已擁有了相當(dāng)?shù)膶?shí)踐存量和良態(tài)的制度慣性�；诖�,人民政協(xié)協(xié)商民主應(yīng)當(dāng)走一條穩(wěn)健、有序、有機(jī)、增量的制度化道路。
[Abstract]:The consultative democracy of the CPPCC is an endogenous form of democracy in China, and its emergence and development have a profound historical and practical basis. The consultative democracy of the CPPCC follows the historical logic of consultative establishment, consultation system and consultation governing the country, and shows its unique development law and strong vitality. At present, the theoretical system and institutional system of the consultative democracy of the CPPCC have been continuously improved, the ability and quality of the subject of consultation have been continuously improved, and the deliberative democracy of the CPPCC has already possessed a considerable amount of institutional inertia of practice and good form. Based on this, CPPCC deliberative democracy should follow a steady, orderly, organic, incremental institutionalized road.
