【摘要】：上海市浦東新區(qū)川沙新鎮(zhèn)的隊組黨建工作,承襲和豐富了"支部建在連上"原則的內涵和形式,實現(xiàn)了農村黨組織的有效覆蓋,促進了傳統(tǒng)農村黨建向現(xiàn)代社區(qū)黨建的過渡發(fā)展,激發(fā)了農村黨建的內生活力。未來,隊組黨建工作應著重從黨員嵌入社區(qū)、以人為本、組織建設、民主法治等多維度進行探索與實踐,以期更加豐富由鄉(xiāng)到城的過渡型社區(qū)黨建工作的內涵。
[Abstract]:The party building work of the team group in Chuanshaxin Town, Pudong New District of Shanghai, has inherited and enriched the connotation and form of the principle of "building branches on a continuous basis," and has realized the effective coverage of the rural party organizations. It promotes the transition from the traditional rural party building to the modern community party building, and stimulates the endogenous vitality of the rural party building. In the future, the party building of team groups should be explored and practiced from party members embedded in the community, people-oriented, organizational construction, democracy and the rule of law, in order to enrich the connotation of the party building work in the transitional community from the township to the city.
