【摘要】：正協(xié)商民主是中國(guó)社會(huì)主義民主政治的特有形式和獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。改革開放以來(lái),中國(guó)協(xié)商民主的發(fā)展改寫了協(xié)商民主的歷史,創(chuàng)造了協(xié)商民主的新話語(yǔ),拓展了協(xié)商民主的新內(nèi)涵,創(chuàng)新了協(xié)商民主的新形式,展示了協(xié)商民主發(fā)展的新前景。與西方協(xié)商民主不同,中國(guó)協(xié)商民主不只是作為代議民主的補(bǔ)充,而是貫穿于民主的全過(guò)程和不同環(huán)節(jié),是一種既體現(xiàn)完整制度程序、又實(shí)現(xiàn)完整參與實(shí)踐的民主形式。在協(xié)商民主未來(lái)發(fā)展中,中國(guó)協(xié)商民主的前景是可樂(lè)觀的和值得期待
[Abstract]:Consultation democracy is the unique form and unique advantage of Chinese socialist democracy. Since the reform and opening up, the development of consultative democracy in China has rewritten the history of consultative democracy, created a new discourse of consultative democracy, expanded the new connotation of consultative democracy, innovated the new form of consultative democracy, and demonstrated the new prospects for the development of consultative democracy. With the Western deliberative democracy, deliberative democracy China not only as a representative democracy, but throughout the whole process of democracy and different link, is a complete system embodies the form of democracy program, but also to achieve full participation in practice. In the future development of deliberative democracy, democratic consultation is optimistic about prospects Chinese and it is worth looking forward to
