【摘要】：習(xí)近平總結(jié)人類文明興衰的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn),闡明了"法治興則國(guó)家興,法治衰則國(guó)家亂"的歷史規(guī)律。中國(guó)古代王朝興衰的歷史周期與法治的成敗密切相關(guān),法治的成敗決定了國(guó)家的興衰。法制本身也有由盛轉(zhuǎn)衰的歷史周期,古代中國(guó)王朝法制的衰落往往伴隨著"法令滋彰而盜賊多有"等六種歷史跡象。法制的衰落既因?yàn)榍閯?shì)變遷的歷史慣性,也因?yàn)榉掷瘓F(tuán)對(duì)法律外利益的追求及由此而來(lái)對(duì)法制持續(xù)不斷的破壞。法治的興衰取決于法治自身的生命力,取決于其能否自我矯正,不斷更新。改革是當(dāng)今中國(guó)的主旋律,變法是法治領(lǐng)域的改革,變法賦予中國(guó)法治以新的生命,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是當(dāng)代"變法"唯一可托付可信賴的政治權(quán)威,建設(shè)、建成黨長(zhǎng)期執(zhí)政、國(guó)家持續(xù)富強(qiáng)、人民安居樂(lè)業(yè)的法治中國(guó),是當(dāng)代中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨肩負(fù)的歷史使命。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping summarizes the historical experience of the rise and fall of human civilization, and clarifies the historical law of "the prosperity of the country by the rule of law is the prosperity of the country, and the decline of the rule of law leads to chaos". The rise and fall of ancient Chinese dynasties is closely related to the success or failure of the rule of law, the success or failure of the rule of law determines the rise and fall of the country. Legal system itself also has a historical cycle from prosperity to decline. The decline of ancient Chinese dynasty legal system is often accompanied by six historical signs, such as "the laws are obvious and the thieves are more" and so on. The decline of the legal system is not only due to the historical inertia of the vicissitude, but also to the pursuit of the interests outside the law and the continual destruction of the legal system. The rise and fall of the rule of law depends on its vitality and its self-correction. Reform is the main melody of China today, and reform is the reform in the field of rule of law. Reform gives new life to the rule of law in China. The Communist Party of China is the only political authority that can be trusted by the contemporary "reform" to build up and build a long-term ruling party. It is the historical mission of the Communist Party of China to keep the country prosperous and strong and its people live and work in peace and contentment.
