【摘要】：體罰一直以來都是我國教育的熱點問題,一方面法律嚴禁教師體罰學(xué)生,另一方面社會和學(xué)校對教師要求過高。教師在良知、法制和常理的交織中躊躇不決,到底該不該管學(xué)生的問題始終困擾著每一位教師。對網(wǎng)民關(guān)于2015年9月16日教師體罰學(xué)生事件的評論進行大數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)果顯示:大多數(shù)網(wǎng)民保持態(tài)度模糊。教師體罰學(xué)生雖然可以起到抑制學(xué)生不良行為的作用,但弊大于利,不利于學(xué)生的健康成長,因此,教師要善于教學(xué)自判與自控,逐步向零體罰教學(xué)邁進,最終實現(xiàn)教學(xué)的成功。
[Abstract]:Corporal punishment has always been a hot issue in education in our country. On the one hand, the law forbids teachers from corporal punishment of students, on the other hand, society and schools demand too much from teachers. Teachers hesitate in the interweaving of conscience, rule of law and common sense. The question of whether or not to care for students always puzzles every teacher. The results of big data analysis of netizens' comments on the incident of teachers' corporal punishment of students on September 16, 2015 show that most netizens maintain a vague attitude. Although teachers' corporal punishment can restrain students' bad behavior, it does more harm than good, which is not conducive to the healthy growth of students. Therefore, teachers should be good at teaching self-judgment and self-control, and step by step towards zero corporal punishment teaching. Finally, the success of teaching is realized.
