【摘要】：民主集中制作為黨的根本組織原則,是群眾路線在黨的生活中的運(yùn)用。這一原則是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人進(jìn)行馬克思主義中國(guó)化的重要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新與發(fā)展。在革命戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,《古田會(huì)議》系列文件開(kāi)啟了民主集中制根植本土進(jìn)行制度創(chuàng)新的歷程。當(dāng)代中國(guó)提出"中國(guó)模式"與世界對(duì)話,民主集中制再次成為這一模式的核心標(biāo)識(shí),是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的多黨合作制度的必然選擇,民主集中制能夠避免西方選舉民主的諸多弊端,為國(guó)家治理體系與治理能力的現(xiàn)代化奠定基礎(chǔ),是人與制度充分協(xié)調(diào)的產(chǎn)物,是我國(guó)建立制度自信的重要基石,更是"中國(guó)模式"與西方民主對(duì)話的道路選擇。
[Abstract]:As the fundamental organization principle of the Party, democratic centralism is the application of the mass line in the party's life. This principle is the important innovation and development of Marxism in China. During the revolutionary war, the Gutian Congress opened the process of democratic centralism. Contemporary China has put forward the "Chinese model" for dialogue with the world, and democratic centralism has once again become the core symbol of this model, which is the inevitable choice of the multi-party cooperation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. Democratic centralism can avoid many drawbacks of electoral democracy in the West, lay the foundation for the modernization of national governance system and governance ability, and is the product of full coordination between people and institutions, and is the important cornerstone of establishing institutional self-confidence in China. It is also the choice of the path of the dialogue between the Chinese model and western democracy.
