【摘要】：正建設(shè)中國(guó)特色、世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科,是黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院作出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,對(duì)于提升我國(guó)教育發(fā)展水平、增強(qiáng)國(guó)家核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化強(qiáng)國(guó),具有十分重要的意義。那么,如何推進(jìn)"雙一流"建設(shè)呢?我認(rèn)為,推進(jìn)"雙一流"建設(shè),既需要熱情和動(dòng)力,也需要科學(xué)的態(tài)度;既要敢想敢干,也要遵守法制,也就是說,把"雙一流"建設(shè)納入科學(xué)和法治的軌道,使"雙一流"建設(shè)切實(shí)遵循規(guī)律和規(guī)則。
