【摘要】：正建設中國特色、世界一流大學和一流學科,是黨中央、國務院作出的重大戰(zhàn)略決策,對于提升我國教育發(fā)展水平、增強國家核心競爭力、建設社會主義現(xiàn)代化強國,具有十分重要的意義。那么,如何推進"雙一流"建設呢?我認為,推進"雙一流"建設,既需要熱情和動力,也需要科學的態(tài)度;既要敢想敢干,也要遵守法制,也就是說,把"雙一流"建設納入科學和法治的軌道,使"雙一流"建設切實遵循規(guī)律和規(guī)則。
