【摘要】：黨的十八屆四中全會(huì)提出了全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó),審議通過了《中共中央關(guān)于全面推進(jìn)依法治國(guó)若干重大問題的決定》,提出要“推動(dòng)全社會(huì)樹立法治意識(shí),深入開展法治宣傳教育,把法治教育納入國(guó)民教育體系和精神文明創(chuàng)建內(nèi)容”。依法治國(guó)的主體基礎(chǔ)是只有法治品質(zhì)的公民。提高公民法治品質(zhì)的關(guān)鍵在教育,因而,法治教育應(yīng)當(dāng)成為法治建設(shè)必須注重的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在公民法治教育的各對(duì)象群體中,大學(xué)生這個(gè)特殊的群體,因其對(duì)未來中國(guó)法治化進(jìn)程將帶來的重大影響,更應(yīng)當(dāng)成為法治教育的重中之重。受多重因素的影響,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法治教育的地位、形式、效果都存在著一些問題,加強(qiáng)法治觀教育是高校思想政治教育的重要任務(wù),將法治教育與思想政治教育有效融合,不僅具有必要性和緊迫性,更具有現(xiàn)實(shí)性和針對(duì)性。本文綜合運(yùn)用理論分析法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、多學(xué)科交叉研究等方法,闡述了法治教育與思想政治教育融合研究的背景和意義、方法和思路,介紹了論文研究的理論基礎(chǔ),闡述廠法治、法制、思想政治教育、四個(gè)全面戰(zhàn)略等內(nèi)涵,分析了法治教育和思想政治教育國(guó)家相關(guān)文件政策精神以及二者的關(guān)系,指出了法治教育和大學(xué)生思想政治教育融合的必要性、緊迫性及當(dāng)前大學(xué)生法治教育存在的問題,重點(diǎn)就法治教育與思想政治教育融合的途徑和對(duì)策,提出了下一步研究方向和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the comprehensive promotion of governing the country according to law, deliberated and adopted the "decision of the CPC Central Committee on comprehensively promoting the ruling of the country according to Law," and proposed to "promote the establishment of a sense of rule by law in the whole society." We should carry out publicity and education on the rule of law and bring it into the content of the national education system and the creation of spiritual civilization. " The main basis of governing the country according to law is the citizen with the character of rule of law. The key to improve the quality of citizen's rule of law is education. Therefore, the education of rule of law should become an important link in the construction of rule of law. Among the target groups of citizens' rule of law education, college students, as a special group, should become the most important part of the education of rule of law because of its great influence on the process of ruling by law in China in the future. Under the influence of many factors, there are some problems in the status, form and effect of the education of rule of law for contemporary college students. It is an important task of ideological and political education in colleges to strengthen the education of view of rule of law, which effectively integrates the education of rule of law with the education of ideology and politics. Not only has the necessity and the urgency, has the reality and the pertinence. In this paper, by means of theoretical analysis, literature research and interdisciplinary research, the background and significance, methods and ideas of the research on the fusion of rule of law education and ideological and political education are expounded, and the theoretical basis of the research is introduced. This paper expounds the connotation of the rule of law, the legal system, the ideological and political education, and four comprehensive strategies, and analyzes the spirit of the relevant documents and policies of the country and the relationship between them, including the education of the rule of law and the ideological and political education. This paper points out the necessity and urgency of the amalgamation of the education of rule of law and the ideological and political education of college students, and the problems existing in the education of rule of law for college students at present. Put forward the next research direction and innovation, difficulties.
