【摘要】：全面深化公安改革以問題為導向,著力建設法治公安。但是,如何科學準確理解法治公安的建設目標、建設路線、建設措施,卻缺乏學科理論的支撐。在法學體系和公安學體系中,與法治公安建設相對應的"公安法學"處于碎片化和初創(chuàng)階段,而已有的警察法學又無法替代公安法學。加強以法治公安發(fā)展規(guī)律為研究對象的公安法學建設迫在眉睫。
[Abstract]:We should deepen the reform of public security in an all-round way and focus on building public security by law. However, how to scientifically and accurately understand the construction goal, construction route and construction measures of public security under the rule of law lacks the support of discipline theory. In the legal system and the public security science system, the "public security law" corresponding to the construction of the public security under the rule of law is in the stage of fragmentation and start-up, and the existing police jurisprudence cannot replace the public security jurisprudence. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of public security law.
