【摘要】：高校環(huán)境法制教育是高校開展思想政治教育,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育全面發(fā)展的重要組成部分。隨著我國高校普法教育的實(shí)施和十七大提出的要實(shí)施可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,構(gòu)建資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會和創(chuàng)新型國家,特別是有關(guān)生態(tài)文明的提出,環(huán)境法制教育越來越顯示出其重要性來。而目前,高校在開展環(huán)境法制教育方面成效不夠顯著;因此,迫切需要對該問題加強(qiáng)重視,進(jìn)行更深層次的研究。本文正是在這樣的背景下分析我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的現(xiàn)狀,并提出改進(jìn)高校環(huán)境法制教育的對策。 本文從我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的必要性入手,第一部分,分析了目前我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的實(shí)施,是對國際社會環(huán)境保護(hù)的回應(yīng);是新世紀(jì)我國實(shí)施可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、構(gòu)建兩型社會的需求,也是當(dāng)代大學(xué)生全面成才的素質(zhì)要求。 第二部分,對我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。闡述了我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的歷程、已取得的成績,進(jìn)一步指出在高校環(huán)境法制教育中存在的問題。 第三部分,在論述我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的必要性以及我國在環(huán)境法制教育方面存在的問題等基礎(chǔ)上,具體探討了我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的對策。從更新教育觀念、明確教育原則、優(yōu)化教育內(nèi)容、拓展教育渠道、改進(jìn)教育方法等方面,全面提出對加強(qiáng)我國高校環(huán)境法制教育的思考。
[Abstract]:Environmental legal education in colleges and universities is an important part of carrying out ideological and political education and striving to realize the all-round development of quality education for college students. With the implementation of the popularization of law education in colleges and universities and the sustainable development strategy proposed by the 17th National Congress of China, the construction of a resource-saving, environment-friendly society and an innovative country, especially those related to ecological civilization, has been put forward. Environmental legal education is becoming more and more important. At present, the effect of environmental legal education in colleges and universities is not remarkable; therefore, it is urgent to pay more attention to this problem and carry out deeper research. It is under this background that this paper analyzes the present situation of environmental legal education in colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve it. The first part of this paper begins with the necessity of environmental legal education in colleges and universities in our country. This paper analyzes the implementation of environmental legal education in colleges and universities in China, which is a response to the environmental protection of the international community, and is the demand for the implementation of the sustainable development strategy and the construction of a two-type society in China in the new century. The second part analyzes the current situation of environmental legal education in colleges and universities in China. This paper expounds the course and achievements of environmental legal education in colleges and universities in China, and further points out the problems existing in the education of environmental legal system in colleges and universities. On the basis of discussing the necessity of environmental legal education in colleges and universities and the problems existing in environmental legal education in our country, this paper probes into the countermeasures of environmental legal education in colleges and universities in China. From the aspects of renewing educational concepts, clarifying educational principles, optimizing educational contents, expanding educational channels and improving educational methods, the author puts forward some thoughts on strengthening environmental legal education in colleges and universities in China.
