【摘要】：國內(nèi)硅熱還原法煉鎂品質(zhì)總體仍有提高空間,原生鎂錠中硅、鋁、錳、鐵雜質(zhì)元素含量均處于不同程度超標情況,幾乎都達不到Mg9995以上高純鎂成分。本文擬通過在還原系統(tǒng)中增加還原罐結晶過濾器、添加特殊精練劑,并對生產(chǎn)工藝全過程進行有效控制,實現(xiàn)一步法生產(chǎn)高純鎂。
[Abstract]:There is still room for improvement in the quality of magnesium smelting by silicothermic reduction method in China. The impurity elements of silicon, aluminum, manganese and iron in primary magnesium ingot are all in different degree exceeding the standard, and almost all of them can not reach the content of high purity magnesium above Mg9995. In this paper, by adding crystal filter of reducing tank, adding special scouring agent and effectively controlling the whole process of production in the reduction system, the high purity magnesium can be produced by one step method.
