【摘要】：埃爾斯特是著名哲學(xué)家和“分析馬克思主義”流派的重要代表之一,他的研究興趣和研究領(lǐng)域非常廣泛,當(dāng)代政治哲學(xué)家羅爾斯稱贊埃爾斯特為當(dāng)今世界研究社會(huì)科學(xué)方法論的領(lǐng)軍人。埃爾斯特的協(xié)商民主理論,其研究的切入點(diǎn)非常新穎而獨(dú)特。他以實(shí)證研究的方式,從西方“制憲會(huì)議”的史料著手,對(duì)協(xié)商民主進(jìn)行了深入地探討和研究。埃爾斯特的協(xié)商民主理論為當(dāng)今民主理論研究領(lǐng)域,特別是為“協(xié)商民主”理論的研究提供了寶貴的理論支持,并且為我們打開了一扇研究“協(xié)商民主”理論的新大門。本篇論文分為四個(gè)部分。 論文的第一部分,分析了作者選擇埃爾斯特的協(xié)商民主理論作為論文選題進(jìn)行研究的目的和意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的協(xié)商民主理論研究狀況進(jìn)行梳理。 論文的第二部分,首先探討了民主的概念、協(xié)商民主的理論發(fā)展史、協(xié)商民主理論的當(dāng)代背景以及協(xié)商民主理論研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景等問題,力求從理論溯源的角度揭示協(xié)商民主理論在當(dāng)代復(fù)興的緣由。然后對(duì)deliberative democracy進(jìn)行中英文釋義,從deliberative democracy的語義層面、基本內(nèi)涵的產(chǎn)生以及發(fā)展等方面闡釋了將其翻譯成協(xié)商民主的理由。最后分析了協(xié)商民主的理論基礎(chǔ)。 論文的第三部分探討了埃爾斯特的協(xié)商民主理論的具體內(nèi)涵。本段首先對(duì)埃爾斯特的方法論個(gè)體主義、理性選擇理論進(jìn)行探討,揭示了包含在這些理論中的協(xié)商與民主的萌芽。然后從協(xié)商民主理論的背景和適用范圍、協(xié)商與民主的關(guān)系以及如何達(dá)成集體決策等方面對(duì)他的協(xié)商民主理論進(jìn)行闡釋和理解。最后,本人還探討了哈貝馬斯與埃爾斯特的協(xié)商民主理論的區(qū)別與聯(lián)系。 論文的最后部分對(duì)埃爾斯特的協(xié)商民主理論進(jìn)一步思考,他的協(xié)商民主對(duì)民主理論研究具有很重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Elster is a famous philosopher and one of the important representatives of the "Analytical Marxism" school. His research interests and fields are very extensive. Rawls, the contemporary political philosopher, praised Elster as the leading soldier in the methodology of social science research in the world today. Elster's theory of deliberative democracy is very novel and unique. From the historical data of the Constituent Assembly of the West, he made a deep discussion and study on the deliberative democracy. Elster's theory of deliberative democracy provides valuable theoretical support for the research of the theory of "deliberative democracy", and opens a new door for us to study the theory of "deliberative democracy". This paper is divided into four parts. In the first part of the thesis, the author analyzes the purpose and significance of the author choosing Elster's theory of deliberative democracy as the topic of the thesis, and combs the domestic and foreign research situation of the theory of deliberative democracy. In the second part of the paper, the concept of democracy, the history of theoretical development of deliberative democracy, the contemporary background of the theory of deliberative democracy and the realistic background of the study of the theory of deliberative democracy are discussed. This paper tries to reveal the reason of the contemporary revival of the theory of deliberative democracy from the perspective of theoretical traceability. Then it interprets the meaning of deliberative democracy in both Chinese and English, and explains the reasons for translating it into deliberative democracy from the semantic aspect of deliberative democracy, the generation and development of basic connotation. Finally, the theoretical basis of deliberative democracy is analyzed. The third part discusses the concrete connotation of Elster's theory of deliberative democracy. This paragraph first discusses Elster's theory of methodological individualism and rational choice, and reveals the seeds of negotiation and democracy contained in these theories. Then it explains and understands his theory of deliberative democracy from its background and scope of application, the relationship between negotiation and democracy, and how to reach collective decision-making. Finally, I discuss the difference and relation between Habermas and Elster's theory of deliberative democracy. In the last part of the paper, Elster's theory of deliberative democracy is further considered, and his theory of deliberative democracy is of great practical significance to the study of democratic theory.
