熱熔法制備聚己內(nèi)酯基溫敏性藥物釋放體系及其釋藥性能

【摘要】:以聚己內(nèi)酯(PCL)和甘油三月桂酸酯(C12)為基體,雙氯芬酸鈉(DS)為模型藥物,熔融共混制備了一種溫敏性藥物釋放體系。通過差示掃描量熱分析和掃描電子顯微鏡對共混物形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,采用親水接觸角探討了C12的加入對材料親水性的影響。結(jié)果表明,C12的加入能在37℃條件下有效減緩藥物突釋,而在45℃時,由于C12熔點(diǎn)較低會發(fā)生相變,使體系得以迅速釋放藥物,具有良好的高溫響應(yīng)釋藥性能。通過不同溫度的拉伸性能測試可知,在加入C12后,共混物仍能在不同溫度下保持一定的力學(xué)強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:A temperature-sensitive drug release system was prepared by melt blending of PCL (polycaprolactone) and C12 (diclofenac sodium) and diclofenac sodium (DS) as model drug. The morphology and structure of the blends were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of the addition of C12 on the hydrophilicity of the blends was investigated by hydrophilic contact angle.
